All the configuration is set through one standard interface called Blackboard Communications HQ, which is a communication headquarters for the Blackboard products available in the Community Engagement solution — Mobile Communications App, Social Media Manager, and Mass Notifications. The Blackboard Communications HQ feature is available via web interface and as a mobile app.
